I acknowledge that I have read and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions for the Construction Monitor Customer Referral Program:

  1. All current Construction Monitor subscribers in good standing can participate in the Construction Monitor Customer Referral Program.
  2. Valid only on annual subscriptions for new Construction Monitor clients, or former clients with subscriptions inactive prior to September 1st, 2013. Payment on the subscription must be received in full before shipment. In the case of a duplicate referral, the original referrer qualifies for this offer. Construction Monitor reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.
  3. All referrals must be entered at https://www.constructionmonitor.com/refer. It is the referrer's responsibility to ensure this form gets filled out correctly for the referral tracking to take place. Referrers must enter their full name, email address, and company (i.e. Construction Monitor). Referral rewards will be tracked back to the referrer's account by name. All referred subscriber's records must indicate the referrer's name at the time of purchase. No exceptions.
  4. No spamming or bulk emailing is allowed. You may only send a referral email to people that you personally know. Any unsolicited sending of a referral email in volume may result in the cancellation of your Construction Monitor subscription and any outstanding rewards.
  5. Any attempt to fraudulently take advantage of the Construction Monitor Customer Referral Program may result in cancellation of your Construction Monitor subscription and any outstanding rewards.
  6. Construction Monitor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by customers or referred friends while participating in the program.
  7. Your account must be active and in good standing. Rewards will be fulfilled within 30 days of receiving payment for the referred friend's subscription.
  8. Construction Monitor reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time. All changes will be posted on the website.
